Welcome to Liverpool to all new students! We’ve got a jammed packed Fresher’s week tailor made just for you. The City of Liverpool is an incredible place to study, full of art, culture, music, shopping, coffee shops on every corner and loads of places to hangout.
We can’t wait to show you the City, intro you to all our students and to see all God’s got for you during your time here. We are passionate about seeing students have the time of their lives at Uni! Now is the perfect time to let God transform you and use you in ways you never thought possible! Who says Uni has to be all about binge culture and compromise?! Instead watch as God releases you into your full potential as he takes you to a whole ‘nuther level. You’ll be amazed!
We want to make the move to Liverpool as easy as possible for you. So we’ve got a student team ready to help in anyway they can. Don’t hesitate to give us a call and we’ll be there to help you move into halls, direct you to church or just meet up for a cuppa and show you the sights of Liverpool.

Connect Groups are the best way to make friends and do life with other students who will inspire and encourage you to pursue God and all that He has for you in 2010. So make a great decision to get yourself connected and watch God bless your future.
SUMMERFEST 2010 | 28th-31st July
Denbigh, North Wales
For all the teens and twenty-somethings of Hope City Church!
Get ready for an incredible four days and three nights of wild summer antics, incredible inspiration and tribal wars as the youth, students and young adults from all five congregations head out to the 17th century castle ruins in Denbigh, North Wales! Expect to be inspired, renewed and empowered from our guest speakers, Pastor Ross Abraham and Pastor Jason Gowland!
You can book in with a deposit of only £30 and receive your pair of free Summerfest 2010 flip flops! The total cost is £119 for all accommodation, full board and activities. Bring a friend from outside Hope City Church and both of you will register for £99 each!
HopeCity Music Academy | Every Thursday
7.30pm at The Megacentre
Our vision is to develop musicians who can either play for their own enjoyment or be a part of a current or future Hope City Church band. So whether you’re the next Lennon or McCartney or just enjoy singing in the shower these nights are for you.
Student & 18-30s Sunday Lunches | 19th, 26th Sept, 3rd & 10th October
We will be heading out to various venues across the city for lunches and hangouts for all our students & 18-30s. Chinese buffets, Pub lunches & much more. The perfect chance to meet new people, some of the Pastors of our church, and other fresher's who are new to the life of the church.
Blitz the Campus | 17th & 24th September & 1st October
Hope City Uni will be on Campus welcoming you to Liverpool by giving you the opportunity to get your photo taken with the Beatles, get loads of freebies & find out more about Hope City Church.
1830s Hangouts Movie Night | 17th & 25th September
8pm at Tabac
Calling all Freshers for a night of film, food & good times all round. Join us as we watch some classic cult movie including Napoleon Dynamite, while giving you the chance to relax and meet loads of new students in the chilled out Cafe Tabac – we’ll see you there.
1830s Hangouts Pub Quiz | 2nd October
