Financial integrity and Ethics are at the heart of our operation when it comes to all our stakeholders including our clients, beneficiaries, donors, funders, regulators, government bodies, partners and suppliers.
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
All our Partner organisations have a comprehensive Corporate Governance and Financial Management Policy which ensures that both operationally and strategically our financial resource is deployed and managed in full accordance with Company & Charity legislation, that internal management systems are fit for purpose in enabling efficient and effective management and investment of our finances and that transparency and accountability are maintained throughout every aspect of our financial management. Each corporate entity (see below) is managed by a group of Trustees/Directors who meet frequently throughout the year in order to monitor and review strategy, management and financial performance.
ETHICAL OPERATIONS
We operate from an ethical stance in our dealings with all suppliers and client groups. We strive to maintain a local focus by focusing our purchasing through local organisations or those employing local people and through purchasing local produce wherever possible. We make every attempt to purchase goods and services which themselves have been produced or developed in an ethical way, giving preference to those goods and services which can demonstrate a clear ethical stance.

Our Managment Oversight
The Management Oversight of Hope City Church includes:
Dave and Jenny Gilpin (Senior Pastors), Roger Davies (Assistant Pastor) as well as Siobhan Bullock (Assistant Director) and Louise Davies (City Pastor/Megacentre Manager).
The Management Oversight is responsible both for the programmes and events as well as the financial operations of Hope City Church. Its primary responsibility is to assist in the pastoral care and growth of everyone who calls Hope City Church their home. It works closely with, and provides advice to, the two sister charities - Hope City Enterprise which deals with community aid and assistance, and Meganursery which provides childcare to the city of Sheffield. Hope City Church also has a business arm called Megacentre Ltd which primarily provides a growing conferencing facility and service.
