Prayer Pursuits
We have some strategic prayer events planned over the next few months that we'd love to invite you all too. Jesus refered to the church as a designated place of prayer and he instructed us to ask of Him so that He in turn could give. We are asking for our cities - for the people in our streets to be touched by God. It's serious business and this is our season to believe for God's favour.
48 HOURS PRAYER & FASTING | Tuesday 10 - Wednesday 11 January
2012 is set to be a big year with the launch of two brand new congregations. This 48hours is our opportunity to devote all our plans, dreams and hopes to our faithful and big God.
Fasting is our way to display committment and devotion to God in bringing His plans to pass. Many will fast food but if you can't why not choose something else that you would miss over the 24 hours such as caffiene, social media, television or a hobby? Then during the time you would have spent on cooking or watching TV - pray for your city leaders, schools, workplaces, neighbours, family and all that is happening in your congregations and the other congregations of our church.
